Reservations
Reservations are required for all performances.
To request a reservation - at any time, call the Belfry phone (317) 773-1085 and respond to the voice mail. When you
request a reservation be sure to include the date you wish to attend and the number of reservations. We especially need
your name and phone number so that your reservations may be confirmed.
ONLINE RESERVATIONS THROUGH THE WEBSITE ARE NO LONGER AN OPTION.
Be thoughtful - If your plans change and you can not use your reservation or not all of your party can attend, please
inform us so that someone else may use the seats. Thanks!
Prices Bye Bye Birdie Adults $12.00 per person, 13 and under $6.00 per person
2008 - 2009 Season productions Adults $15.00, 12 and under $12.00
Curtain Times Friday & Saturday 8:00 p.m. Sunday Matinee 2:00 p.m.
Pay for tickets at the door with cash or check or season ticket. We are not able to accept credit cards.
NOTE: For groups of ten or more, we would like pre-payment, preferably one week before the performance. If your plans
change and we are notified of cancelations (24) hours before the performance, that portion will be refunded.
Theatre doors will open 45 minutes prior to the start of the performance.
Festival seating (no reserved seats).
No-Show Policy Reservations NOT claimed ten minutes prior to curtain may be released to standbys.
Season ticket holders will be given certain advantages. If they call for reservations at least one week before the opening
night performance, they will have priority in making reservations. (After that cutoff date, all reservations will be treated
equally). If the performance they wish to attend is not full but has less than eleven seats left, season ticket holders will
receive those seats. If season ticket holders have already filled those ten "season ticket holder priority" spots, season
ticket holders will be placed on a priority waiting list. As any seats become available due to cancellations, the season
ticket holder priority waiting list will fill those spots before non-season ticket holders on a waiting list. So if you have
season tickets, it is important that you make your reservations at least ONE WEEK BEFORE THE OPENING NIGHT
PERFORMANCE.
As always, season ticket holder or not, it is a good idea to make your reservations early to avoid disappointment. Thank
